Orders are normally dispatched within 1 - 2 business days, provided the product is in stock. If the product is not in stock, we will endeavour to contact you to suggest a different product or to cancel the order. Very large orders may also take longer.
Most shipments will be sent using Australia Post.
Standard Post will normally arrive in 2 - 7 business days.
Express Post will normally arrive in 1 - 3 business days. Express Post is not available for any flammable or hazardous items.
Deliveries outside Australia are available for some of our products, and will normally arrive in 1 to 6 weeks depending on the country.
